What it is
Shilajit (Sanskrit: 'conqueror of mountains') is a mineral-rich resin exuded from rocks in the Himalayas during summer heat. Gold-grade shilajit is the highest quality tier — dark, glossy, with >60% fulvic acid and 85+ trace minerals. The 'Gold' designation refers to the inclusion of 24-karat gold (Swarna Bhasma) in Ayurvedic formulations, enhancing its rasayana (rejuvenative) properties.
